Cookie Policy
Which cookies and similar technologies this website uses, and how you control them.
01What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, work in a comparable way. In this policy we call all of them cookies.
02How We Use Cookies
We use cookies to run this website, to understand how it is used and to measure and improve our advertising. Cookies that are not strictly necessary are only set after you agree in the cookie banner.
03Strictly Necessary
These are needed for the website to work as you expect. They do not require consent (Section 25(2) TDDDG).
- Language: remembers whether you chose English or German.
- Cookie choice: remembers what you selected in the cookie banner, so we do not ask on every visit.
04Analytics
Only with your consent.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): shows us how the website is used, for example which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. Cookies: _ga and _ga_*, stored for up to two years.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for overall visit numbers. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies and does not store information on your device.
05Marketing
Only with your consent.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited): measures the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and lets us show ads to people who visited this website. Cookie: _fbp, stored for up to three months.
- Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited): measures whether an ad led to a contact request and lets us show ads to people who visited this website. Cookie: _gcl_au, stored for up to three months.
06Booking Calendar
Our appointment calendar is provided by Cal.com, Inc. It is only loaded when you allow external services in the cookie banner or choose to open the calendar. Cal.com may then set its own cookies and process the details you enter to book the call.
07Videos, Images and Fonts
The videos and images on this website are served from our own hosting. They do not set cookies and do not connect you to other platforms. Our typeface (Arboria) is loaded from Adobe Fonts; see below.
Adobe Fonts (Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd) delivers the typeface when a page opens. Your browser connects to Adobe’s servers, which receive your IP address. Adobe Fonts does not set cookies. We use it so that the website looks the same on every device (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
08Data Outside the EU
Google, Meta and Cal.com may also process data on servers outside the European Union, for example in the United States. You can find the details in the privacy policies of these providers.
09Managing Your Choices
In the cookie banner you can accept all cookies, reject all that are not necessary, or choose by category. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the website may not work as intended.
10Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The latest version is always published on this page.
