Most clinics start Instagram with energy and stop after a few weeks. The profile then looks abandoned, which is worse than having no profile. The question is not how much you can post, but what you can keep up.
Pick a rhythm you can hold
A profile that posts on the same days every week looks alive and reliable. Choose a number of posts your content can actually fill for months, and stay with it.
Use each format for what it does best
- Reels reach people who do not follow you yet.
- Carousels explain a treatment step by step and get saved.
- Photos of your team and rooms show who the patient will meet.
Plan the month before it starts
A content calendar removes the weekly question of what to post. Topics come from the questions your patients ask at the front desk; the answers are filmed on one shoot day and scheduled in advance.
The best posting plan is the one that still runs in month six.
Do not ignore the replies
A comment or a message is a patient raising their hand. Reply quickly, and pass anything medical or personal on to your front desk.
