Most businesses do not lack ideas for content. They lack time. Filming a little every week sounds flexible, but in practice it means constant interruptions and a profile that goes quiet whenever things get busy. Our answer is one shoot day a month, planned so well that it covers the whole month.
Step 1: Topics and scripts
After a short briefing we write the topics and scripts for the month: what each video shows, who speaks, how long it runs. You read everything and approve it before the shoot. Nothing on the day is improvised, which is what makes it fast.
Step 2: The shoot plan
Every shot, location and person gets a time slot. If your head chef only has an hour, we film all of their pieces in that hour. If the shop is busy at lunchtime, we film the product shots in the morning. The plan is built around your business, not the other way round.
- Briefing call: goals, offers, upcoming dates.
- Scripts for the month, approved by you.
- Shoot plan with time slots for each person and location.
- Shoot day on location, usually five to ten hours.
- Editing, subtitles and a posting calendar.
Step 3: The shoot day
A small crew arrives with camera, sound and light. A typical day produces 10 to 15 short videos, a few longer pieces and a set of photos for your website and profiles. Most people on your team are on camera for less than an hour.
The best shoot day is the one your customers do not notice.
Step 4: Editing and publishing
The first videos are usually ready one to two working days after the shoot. We edit, add subtitles and place everything in a calendar you can see in advance. Each post goes out at the right time, with captions written for you.
What you get
A profile that stays active for four weeks, a library of photos and clips for ads, and a team that only had to think about content for one day. If that sounds like what your business needs, book a free strategy call and we will show you what a first month could look like.
